Optometrist - (Friday Only; Meals and 7.5 hours CE Included) – $200.00
Optometrist - (Saturday Only; Meals and 5 hours CE Included) – $200.00
Optometrist -(Sunday Only; Meals and 3 Hours CE Included) – $150.00
Student - (All Days; CE/Meals Included) – $20.00

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be in writing. In order to receive a refund of 100% of the registration fee (less a $25 cancellation fee), cancellations must be received prior to 1/1/18. No refunds after that date. Please note that pre-registration closes on 1/9/18. Registration can be done onsite after this date.
