GOLF - Friday AM Golf Tournament Reg. – $200.00
This ticket is for those that was to golf in the Bruce Bridgwater golf tournament on Friday November 21 at 9am at the Sedona Golf Resort. Check-in time is 8:30am. Please email your requested foursome to kate@azoa.org

The fee is $200 per player and includes greens fee, cart, 2 drink tix (alcohol, water, soda) & choice of box lunch

Exhibit hall theme: Channel your inner angsty emo teen because we are going back to the 90s! Join us at our 2025 Fall Congress as we bring back (or did it ever leave?) the grunge movement to the exhibit hall on Saturday November 22. This alternative rock genre emerged onto the scene in the early 1990s and was popularized by music bands Nirvana, Soundgarden and Pearl Jam. And of course Grunge fashion is characterized by dark-colored (BLACK BASICALLY!), durable and timeless thrift-store clothing, often worn very loose to de-emphasize the silhouette. It features pieces like flannel shirts, long-sleeve T-shirts, ripped jeans, and sturdy boots. Black clothing NOT for you? No worries! Feel free to dress in any traditional 90s gear which certainly includes brights and neons. Find your 90s inspiration from movies like Clueless, Empire Records or Mallrats!

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be in writing. In order to receive a refund of the registration fee (less a cancellation fee), cancellations must be received prior to 11/6/25. No refunds after that date. Please note that advance registration closes on 11/18/25. Registration can be done onsite after this date. Registrations are not accepted over the phone.

*THE AZOA DOES NOT PROVIDE PAPER CE CERTIFICATES AS WE USE ARBO’S OE TRACKER APP FOR SMARTPHONES SO YOU WILL SCAN YOUR OWN HOURS. YOU MUST HAVE AN ARBO ACCOUNT SETUP PRIOR TO OUR MEETING*

If you do not own a smart phone (or are having trouble with the app) there will be a sign-in sheet at the AZOA registration desk for you to sign after EACH CE class you attend at this meeting. You will need to sign each sheet with your name and OE tracker # and an AZOA staff person will log your CE hours for you. After the meeting, you can then log into the ARBO website (with your log-in information) and print records of your CE hours.

**AZOA reserves the right to move registrants outside the room block if they do not qualify for the negotiated rate (i.e. not registered for the meeting). AZOA will attempt to notify those registrants ahead of time in writing to give advanced notice**
