promotional ad printed in the registration packets given onsite (reach = +/- 160 ODs, 5 Optometry Students, 25 exhibiting companies. FMV=$825

Hospitality Suite Registration Form - 2024 Fall Congress

Hospitality SUITES WILL BE ON SATURDAY NOV. 23, 2024 STARTING AT *7:00 PM (*actual start time is TBD)

Additional Costs (in addition to the fee ($550 or $750) paid to the AZOA):Hotel Room: $289.00++ [two night minimum per hotel requirements] and food arrangements [$350 minimum food order required per hotel] must be directed to the Hilton Sedona Ph: (928) 284-4040. The AZOA does not handle your hospitality suite food arrangements. Please note our hospitality/vendor suites are not a traditional exhibit hall format. Vendors reserve a suite on same wing of 1^st floor of hotel and ODs walk room to room on Saturday night. Once you return this form with payment, I will send the hosp. suite floorplan to select your suite/room. Please note that one rep. may sleep in your suite as they have separate bedrooms from the living room area that you will use to exhibit. If you have more than 1 rep, you will need to book an extra room.

Due to the extremely high demand for rooms for this meeting, you must be registered in order to book into the block. As of right now, exhibitors are limited to two rooms at the AZOA rate (including the hospitality suite)
