The AZOA and VSP are offering dinner and 2 Hrs of AZ State Board of Optometry approved continuing education with speaker Annette Webb OD at The Arrogant Butcher 2 E Jefferson St #150, Phoenix, AZ 85004. Please note that this CE is not COPE approved but is approved by the AZ State Board of Optometry. 

Online registration in advance is required for this event. Seating is very limited and is first-come, first-served. We will not be accepting onsite registrations at the event

Payment/Registration Deadline is February 15.
