The BRONZE LEVEL INCLUDES:
• a) Prominent recognition in all written
materials advertising meeting

EXHIBITOR AND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

A 6’ table, two chairs and draping is all included in your registration fee. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please let me know if you have any questions! We WILL be assigning spaces this year in the exhibit hall to make ordering electric easier for you all. Once you have registered and paid, I will send over the floorplan to select a space. You will be ordering electric directly from the hotel as the meeting gets closer and we will send that order information soon.

PLEASE NOTE OUR **NEW TENTATIVE** (subject to change slightly) SCHEDULE FOR 2026: FOR SET-UP HOURS FOR 2026 BRONSTEIN: Exhibitors may start setting up at 10:00am on Saturday January 10

The actual exhibit times are Saturday, January 10: 11:40AM - 1:40PM during lunch, 2:40pm-3:00pm during a refreshment break AND 5pm-6:30/7pm during the cocktail reception IN the EXHIBIT HALL. Tear down after 6:30PM on January 10.

Right now we do not plan to have exhibit hours on FRIDAY OR SUNDAY THIS YEAR! We will update everyone if that changes.
