JUST A REMINDER THAT THE AZOA DOES NOT PROVIDE PAPER CE ATTENDANCE FORMS

• AZOA uses ARBO’S OE Tracker app. Please download the free OE Tracker app from iTunes or Google Play.
• All attendees will need their OE Tracker number to log-in to the app. This OE Tracker number can be found at https://www.arbo.org/oetracker/lookup
• Following the lecture, using the OE Tracker app, all attendees will scan the QR code with their smart phone or tablet. The attendee will then receive an email with their course attendance verification after a successful scan of the code. PLEASE NOTE WE WILL BE TRYING SOMETHING NEW THIS TIME WITH HAVING THE SPEAKER DISPLAY THE APPROPRIATE QR CODE AT THE END OF THEIR LECTURE. THIS WILL SAVE US CONSIDERABLE TIME AND RESOURCES WITH NOT PRINTING THE QR CODES AND HANGING MULTIPLE AROUND THE ROOM. THE CODES WILL ONLY BE DISPLAYED FOR 2-3 MINUTES, SO HAVE THOSE PHONES AND TABLETS READY TO SCAN!.

If you do not own a smart phone (or are having trouble with the app) there will be a sign-in sheet at the AZOA registration desk for you to sign after EACH CE class you attend at this meeting. You will need to sign each sheet with your name and OE tracker # and an AZOA staff person will log your CE hours for you. After the meeting, you can then log into the ARBO website (with your log-in information) and print records of your CE hours.
